SALARY RANGE: The base salary for this position is dependent upon experience and location ranging from 76186$ to 95233$

Education and Experience preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology.
- 2-3 years of experience with electrical equipment maintenance, testing and/or design.
- A registered professional engineer or the ability to obtain certification is a plus.
Skills and Requirements
- Experience with the interpretation of network operating procedures, safety instructions, the national electrical safety code, regulatory reliability metrics.
- Experience with ANSI, IEEE, and NETA electrical equipment testing standards.
- Good communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with SAP.
- Ability to analyze test results.
- Ability to support the creation of detailed reports and process manuals.
- Familiarity with equipment maintenance concepts such as Reliability Centered Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance, Etc.
- Familiarity with utility Transmission and Distribution Standards
Responsibilities
Evaluates test data, performs engineering analyses associated with maintenance engineering activities, and creates reports. (80%). Participates in working groups with other Avangrid and Iberdrola companies/departments for new initiatives to align processes, share experiences, and develop global standards. (10%) Provides regular updates on the progress of maintenance activities. Expedites the implementation of maintenance activities when necessary. (10%)
