Customer Service Intern

Summary:

StageRight/Rogers Group is currently looking for an on-site Intern for the Customer Service department. The Intern will be responsible for assisting partners with current projects, gaining knowledge and skills within their discipline, sharing recent developments in the field, and actively seeking educational opportunities.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Deliver results with accuracy and urgency on multiple projects
  • Providing solutions and efficiencies for real world problems within the manufacturing, sports, and entertainment industry
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:  Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required. Experience in developing strong work ethic with coursework, professional networks, or internships preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:  Ability to read, analyze and interpret the English language. Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:  Must possess basic math skills.

REASONING ABILITY:   Experience in developing strong work ethic with coursework, professional networks, or internships, flexibility, and fluidity to thrive within a rapidly evolving environment, demonstrate project management capabilities, and strong attention to detail.

COMPUTER SKILLS:  Familiar with Outlook, CRM, Excel, and other software tools. 

 

 

Internships are located in Clare, Michigan.
