Business Management Internship

ADT

Location: Boca Raton, FL
Format: In-Person Monday - Wednesday; Remote on Thursdays and Fridays*
Dates: May 19th – July 31st, 2025

About the Program:

At ADT, our interns innovate, collaborate, and contribute to critical projects that drive our business forward. You’ll have the unique opportunity to meet with our executive leaders, gain insights into various areas of our business, and participate in community service projects, all while working on initiatives that deliver tangible business results.

Areas of Focus:

As an intern at ADT, you will support our team in one of the following areas, among others:

  1. Project Management: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of business initiatives. Help manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional team collaboration to ensure successful project outcomes.
  2. Operations Management: Support day-to-day operational activities by identifying areas for process improvement, optimizing workflows, and helping to implement solutions that enhance business performance.
  3. Business Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose actionable improvements to streamline operations and increase productivity.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams and stakeholders to support ongoing projects and business needs, ensuring that goals are met and communication flows smoothly.
  5. Human Resources & Employee Development: Lead initiatives within the Employee Development workstream, supporting the creation and execution of programs that drive employee growth and engagement.

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Operations, Human Resources or a related field, with a graduation date between May 2025 and June 2026.
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher.

  • Prior internship or work experience in a related field.

Additional Details:

  • Compensation: $22/hour for undergraduates, $25/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
  • Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Wednesday, and the option to work remotely on Thursdays and Fridays, depending on team schedules.
  • Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
  • Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 19-July 31, 2025.
