About Our Organization: 

Titus Harvest Dome Spectrum Church is a youthful, multi-cultural, soul-winning ministry with a message of hope, healing, and deliverance. Our mission is to be a powerful force in changing and bettering the lives of our community (locally and globally).

Annually, we provide various events that serve our community and we are looking to hire Event Helpers that are looking for additional work opportunities through out the year of which will help us carry out our mission. 

Current annual events include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Harvest Fest (October 26, 2024) – Fun festival for families; includes games, food and trick or treat candy for the children in our community and schools.
  • Celebrating Our Seniors (November 23, 2024) – Annual event that provides fellowship and fun activities to seniors while serving them a Free Thanksgiving Dinner.
  • Easter Family Celebration (April – Year 2025) – Easter Family Celebration with Easter activities, fun, and food for the children in our local community and schools.
  • School Bash (July – Year 2025) – Annual Event that provides free school supplies, free food, and games to the school age children of our community and schools.

           Additional events may be added throughout the year.

Job Description:

  • Be available to work up to (3) days per event; this includes training and work hours. 

 

  • Be an energetic, organized individual with a passion for events and a commitment to providing excellent service.

 

  • Be dedicated and reliable while assisting in the planning and the execution of events.

 

  • Responsible for setting up and tearing down event spaces and ensuring that all necessary materials are available, assisting with event-related administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

 

  • Ensure that our events run smoothly and guests have a memorable experience.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, provide support to event coordinators and ensuring that events run smoothly.

 

  • Interact with guests, vendors, and event organizers, and help in a variety of tasks before, during, and after the event.

 

  • Help with event logistics, such as directing guests to their seats, managing the flow of people, or dealing with any immediate issues or concerns.

 

  • Distributing materials or goods to attendees as needed in various communities.

 

  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the event venue

 

  • Assisting vendors or speakers with their needs, such as setting up their booths or equipment

 

  • Event registration and ticketing, ensuring attendees are properly accounted for.

 

  • Ensuring event safety by helping to enforce the event’s rules and regulations

 

  • Providing assistance and support to the event coordinator as needed

 

  • Handling any special requests or duties as assigned by the event coordinator
