Substitute Community Employment Services Trainer

Seeking substitutes for the Community Employment Services (CES) Program and the JCR Imagine Program.

Essential Job Duties
 Provides supervision and training at community work sites and onsite to ensure work standards are met to include:
 Trains individuals to perform assigned work in accordance with their contract and Individual Plan (IP).
 Monitors quality of work to ensure it meets the site manager's expectations.
 Maintains daily communication with site manager to facilitate a good working relationship with the employer.
 Trains individuals to conduct themselves in accordance with business standards of conduct.
 Ensures individuals have transportation to and from work.
 In conjunction with other staff members, designs accommodations for individuals at worksite, problem solves inconsistencies in performance.
 Required to be able to perform the work of the individuals in order to model and ensure correct performance/operation of the same equipment as the individual.

Hours & Job Location: As needed/negotiable times between 6:45am and 4:00pm; Location varies in Lake County, Ohio.  Substitutes can be full time or part time depending on the needs of qualified candidates and the organization.  

Requirements: Possess or be eligible for Adult Services Certification from Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities (High School Diploma meets this condition.)
