The Role

The Main Responsibilities
Lumen’s Product Marketing Team creates demand for Lumen products through effective messaging and marketing programs. The Product Marketing Intern will support the Lumen Digital product marketing team. The primary project they may work on is updating or creating content to support campaigns as well as working with the product marketing managers on launch plans and competitive analysis.
Other responsibilities of intern will include:
- Coordinating across multiple internal teams (marketing, product management, analyst relations)
- Attending meetings
- Providing status updates
- Researching competitors
- Creating content

Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate’s commitment of the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.

Required qualifications
- Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship
- Graduating August 2025 – May 2026
- Preferred fields include but not limited to: Marketing, Business Administration, Communications
- Intern must be able to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (May 30 – August 8, 2025)
- Proficiency and understanding of:

- Proficient in Microsoft O365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Product marketing experience/knowledge a plus
- Digital Experience
- Creating Surveys

- Ability to collaborate and have agility while making effective decisions
Compensation
Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual’s level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role.
Hourly Based Pay Range:
Min: $22.00/hour
Max: $35.00/hour
