The Main Responsibilities
Lumen’s Mass Market organization is looking for a Project Manager Intern on our Customer Advocacy team. The Intern will be responsible for supporting mass markets digital self-help channels, including websites, mobile apps, chat, and communications platforms for Quantum Fiber and Lumen brands.
Other responsibilities of intern will include:

- Assist in managing, tracking, and communicating the delivery timeline and progress of multiple initiatives within the digital self-help tools portfolio
- Work with various team members to ensure projects are on track and communicate any deviations or risks
- Help in risk management and mitigation for project deliverables

Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate’s commitment of the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made.

Required qualifications
- Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising junior or senior level education status at the start of the internship
- Graduating August 2025 – May 2027
- Preferred fields include but not limited to: Business Administration, Communications, Human- computer Interaction
- Intern must be able to work 40 hours per week during the 10-week program (May 30 – August 8, 2025)

- MS Office

Preferred qualifications
- Enjoys collaboration and works well in team environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills and the ability to establish cross-functional relationships in a remote environment
- Organizational skills for effective project management.
- Experience with digital project management tracking software like Asana, Trello, and strategic roadmap tools is preferred but not require
Compensation
Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual’s level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role.
Hourly Based Pay Range:
Min: $22.00/hour
Max: $35.00/hour
