Reliability Engineering Intern(8036)

Qorvo’s Reliability Engineering Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, and Connectivity and Sensors business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting package level reliability testing systems in accordance with JEDEC testing standards and other customer requirements
- Measuring and testing electronic devices using semiconductor parametric test equipment
- Conducting Product Qualification testing, collecting, and analyzing data to determine failure statistics
- Designing ways to improve the testing environment and data collection
- Preparing reliability reports and communicating to both internal and external customers
- Working closely with Reliability, Advanced Reliability, and Global Packaging to perform and improve qualification testing
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or Computer Science
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Experience using semiconductor parametric test equipment a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Self-Starter with good communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
