Position Title: Tribe Coordination Specialist
Position Summary: This position supports the Statewide Natural Heritage Survey project by coordinating with tribal partners to document Colorado’s natural heritage, incorporating the traditional ecological knowledges of our tribes.

Responsibilities/Duties:
1. Engage with tribal leaders to communicate the project goals, cultivating and nurturing the relationships with Tribal partners
2. Engage tribal partners in the completion of work through many different potential modes
3. Work with Tribal partners, our field staff, and our Communications and Outreach Specialist to foster productive communication and outreach in support of the project.
4. Liaise with state leaders, CSU leaders, and other stakeholders in the successful implementation of the project.
Required Qualifications: Be a CSU graduate student, engaged in scholarship addressing Tribal engagement.
Number of weekly working hours: 10-40
Number of Openings: 1
Hourly Pay Rate: $35/hour
