2025 University Recruiting - Regulatory Planning and Publishing (RPP) Summer Intern

Job Description

Regulatory Planning and Publishing (RPP) is responsible for driving innovative quality planning, achieving publishing and delivery excellence, and ensuring compliant regulatory submissions to facilitate successful review by health authorities worldwide. RPP drives innovation through collaboration, and a commitment to quality and compliance in alignment with the company's core values.​ The organization consists of Portfolio and Program Management (PPM) and Global Submission Publishing (GSP). Additionally, two supportive functions, Quality and Compliance Management (QCM) and Digital Innovation and Systems (DIS) provide support to all planning and publishing activities.

 

The intern position within Regulatory Planning and Publishing (RPP) would be involved with the supporting activities tied to submission delivery in both planning and publishing. Project activities may include but are not limited to support of process improvement initiatives, completion of supporting documentation, and creation of training material. The internship will incorporate overviews of the end-to-end submissions process and may include direct support of document/submission publishing. The intern will be applying critical thinking and creativity to contribute to innovation and efficiencies to lead and complete projects.

 

Required Education

Candidates must be currently pursuing a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (and have completed at least their sophomore year by May of 2025)

 

Required Experience & Skills:

Candidates must have initiative, leadership, and ownership of deliverables with ability to work in matrixed teams.

Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidates must have proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, like Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Candidates must be able to work full-time for 10-12 weeks beginning in May or June of 2025.

 

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Candidate should be a fast learner and be able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment with rapid priority shifts.

Candidates should have demonstrated ability to be a self-advocate and a resourceful problem solver.

Candidates should have a capacity for learning advanced features in Microsoft Office 365 programs, like SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.

Candidates should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
