2025 University Recruiting - Pharmacovigilance Business System Management & Innovation Intern

Job Description

 

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. 

 

The Global Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Safety (GRACS) Pharmacovigilance (PV) Business System Management and Innovation team is seeking a summer intern.  The intern will be a fully functioning member of the team and will be assigned to lead a variety of process improvement projects within the PV Business System Management and Innovation team in support of PV business systems.  The intern in PV Business System Management and Innovation will also participate in departmental and project team meetings to obtain an understanding of business system management as well as other areas of pharmacovigilance/drug safety.  Participants will be provided various opportunities to learn more about our company in general and more specifically GRACS with a view on potential future career opportunities post completion of their education, service and/or program.  To align with the Company's mission and vision to save and improve lives, the Participant must recognize that their work has meaning and contributes to the overall success of the business.

 

We are seeking intern candidates at all levels with strong academic performance, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to work in a multi-functional environment.

 

 

Required Education Experience and Skills:

Candidates must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate sophomore, junior, or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in science or technology.

Candidates must be available to work full-time for 10-12 consecutive weeks beginning May or June of 2025.

Candidates must have completed at least two (2) years of studies toward bachelor's degree by June 2025.

 

Preferred Experience and Skills:

Candidates should have proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and shared collaboration sites. Information management (IM) and/or information technology (IT) skills are a plus.

Candidates should have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Candidates should have the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

Candidates should have basic project management skills.

Candidates should have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
