2025 University Recruiting - Global Regulatory Affairs Clinical Safety (GRACS) Final External Policy Execution Intern

The Intern for the Business Continuity Standards and Training (BCST) group within the Global Regulatory Affairs Clinical Safety (GRACS) Operations, Process & Systems (O.P.S.) organization will work directly with the Business Process Owner (BPO) for Final External Policy (FEP) Execution and provide support for operationalizing the FEP work in use globally across GRACS.  Final External Policy is the official approved version of regulatory requirements or expectations that have undergone a thorough review, consultation, and revision process. The GRACS FEP business process manages the implementation of these FEPs into our business processes. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a global process and engage colleagues worldwide. Key learning objectives/experiences from this internship include process design, metric design, stakeholder management, and project management.  

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Facilitate local surveillance activities for new and revised FEP

Prepare data for intake into the central tool for managing FEP Assessments by stakeholders

Prepare FEP data for analysis

Manage Team Site for GRACS FEP

Maintain the FEP POC List (assist with processes to evolve the list and ensure FEP SME list is kept up to date)

Maintain the Prioritization Matrix (assist with developing the matrix and helping to ensure it is kept up to date)

Project Management support for the Monthly FEP CoP meeting

Project Management Support Bi-monthly FEP Office Hours Sessions

 

Candidates must be able to commit to full-time employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning May or June 2025

 

Required Education & Skills:

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college degree program in Business, English, Marketing/Communications, Health Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or related field

Candidates must have basic computer proficiency with Windows-based applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)

 

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates should have an understanding of the basic principles of communication
  • Candidates should possess excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus
