2025 US Undergraduate Internship - Go to Market Statement, Merchandising, Los Angeles

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ability to support in analyzing the sport, consumer, customer and marketplace to ensure constant improvements of our product offer and Go-To-Market plan
  • Assist in building reports that track performance of key product concepts against objectives
  • Assist with all computer related tasks (including applicable systems/ applications)
  • Help define and prepare internal communication tools for the Category (Statement)
  • Assist in creating ideal merchandising plans, by color roll-outs, launch dates, by channels, by accounts, showcased through franchise rollout plans.

 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build successful relationships within a team and cross-functionally
  • Ability to effectively present information to an individual or group, both written and verbally
  • Ability to work independently and be a solution-based thinker
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast paced, changing environment, and the ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with sneaker/sportswear industry not required, but beneficial to role

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a College/University
  • Anticipated graduation date is between December 2025 and August 2026
  • Eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
  • Available to participate in our 12-week full-time internship program from May/June to August/September 2025

In early 2024, we began the three chapter journey into the future, centered on our new brand campaign, You Got This. "You Got This" is designed to motivate everyone to overcome pressure and realize their personal potential.

 

Instead of a cover letter, please submit a 1-page PDF answering the following prompt: Show us who you are and what “You Got This” means to you. This is your chance to think outside the box, show adidas your authentic self and what makes you passionate about joining the Brand. The only requirement is that the adidas 1-Pager is submitted as a PDF. It can be in any format such as print, visual, written, digital, a link, etc.

  • The base pay for this position is $32/hour.
