Trading Enablement Assistant

What you'll do:
- Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business goals.
- Work within a service center environment handling securities transactions.
- Serve as an expert on the securities market.
- Address issues related to trading strategies, market terminology, and account status.
- Demonstrate excellent client service over the phone.
What we're seeking:
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Service center exposure.
- Experience within the Brokerage industry.
- Required FINRA Series 7 & 63(or 66) licensure
