About the Bridge Program 

The NAIOP Colorado Real Estate Development, Financing & Operations Bridge Program will provide students with the opportunity to explore real estate development, financing and operations with leaders from NAIOP Colorado Sponsor Firms. 

Through this live, 6-week program students will attend interactive speaker sessions with sector leaders, skill-building workshops, and site visits, providing participants with exposure to early career opportunities at NAIOP Colorado Sponsor Firms.

Program Features Include

• Earn academic scholarship stipend upon successful completion of program activities. 
• Gain accelerated access to paid Early Career Opportunities at NAIOP Colorado Sponsor Firms.
• Participate in site visits to build relationships and network with leaders from NAIOP Colorado Sponsor Firms.
