About us-

We are a after school coding & robotics education provider who is seeking enthusiastic individuals to enrich the next generation of students and make a difference in their lives in a fun and inspirational way.

Job summary-

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and fun instructors who are willing and ready to inspire kids to become the next generation Bill Gates, Steve Jobs and Elon Musk's.

This is a part time position up to 15-25 hours/week depending on your schedule, availability and flexibility.

Responsibilities-

As a After school instructor you will follow our general curriculum and give it your own flavor as you introduce kids to coding and robotics.

A lead instructor is responsible for small group instruction and class room and equipment management.

Requirements-

• Desire to make a difference in education
• Organization skills
• Have excellent work ethic , be dependable & a Team player
• Great communication skills - Experience presenting to a group is preferred.
• Education -
• Undergrad or AA (pursuing or completed) majoring in Computer science, engineering disciplines
• College level majoring in Technology/ Design or Engineering (required for our lead instructors)
• High school or equivalent - required for our interns.
• Industry experience - required for our senior instructors only.
• Must have a reliable transportation and should be able to commute to Marietta.

Keep in mind we don't expect you to know all , but the willingness to learn and problem solve is required.

• Have experience and enjoy working with children ages 7-14
• Be a creative and logical thinker.
• Be willing to learn new technologies and grow into lead roles.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
• Have flexibility, excellent work ethic and be dependable
• Are enthusiastic and able to work independently
• Have some experience with video game design or computer programming

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• After school
• Monday to Friday ( 2:30-5pm) , You can also choose your preferred days based on your course schedule.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Experience with Children: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer literacy: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
