Title: Customer Service / Call Center Agent
Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Remote, MUST BE ON EASTERN STANDARD TIME
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service / Benefits Enroller to join our call center team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center environment, excellent customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of benefits enrollments, insurance, or human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to calls and guide members through their benefits enrollment process.
- Use a computer-based phone system and enrollment portals.
- Verify members' identities at the start of each call and assist them in their benefits enrollment.
- Review members' elections at the conclusion of the enrollment and confirm their choices through email.
- Work closely with the enrollment managers to ensure seamless process for members’ benefits.
