Client Coordinator
Position Description: The Client Coordinator works with clients, patients and active caregivers to identify open shifts, availability, and coordinate schedules. The Client Coordinator understands the needs, requirements, and preferences of all client types (patients, referral sources, caregivers) and optimizes staffing ratios. Through daily interaction with clients and caregivers, the Client Coordinator builds relationships to support a positive patient and caregiver experience, as well as foster additional business and caregiver referral opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Builds relationships with Maxim clients and active caregivers to understand their scheduling needs, requirements, and preferences Connects with active caregivers to offer and confirm placement on open shifts and maintains a working relationship with caregivers post orientation Records caregiver correspondence, needs, availability, and schedule in system of record Coordinates and confirms schedule with clients and active caregivers Attends new patient meetings and admissions as needed Ensures all scheduling grievances are handled appropriately and in a timely manner Ensures all placements adhere to applicable compliance and contract requirements by staffing only those that are eligible to work in the system of record Partners with Operational leadership, Clinicians, Recruiters, and Field Support staff to debrief on staffing shortages, client satisfaction, and develop action plans for missed opportunities Meets established company key performance indicators and improve gross profit and coverage percentages Completes missed shift report forms and provide weekly reconciliation of missed hours to office leadership
Provides non‐clinical policy reeducation to caregivers as necessary Attends office Red Zone, End Zone and Quality meetings
Minimum Requirements: High School degree or equivalent required, some completed college coursework preferred Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and email
Must be energetic, self-motivated, have excellent time management skills, compassionate and able to adapt in a continuously changing environment Must be organized, detail oriented, and have exceptional planning and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
