We are currently looking for a SCM Cybersecurity Intern to join our team in Smyrna, TN.

 

A Day in the Life:   

Participate in deep dive NIST assessment activities with third party partners to understand cyber security capabilities

Monitor supply chain cybersecurity health via online tools and techniques to quickly identify and react to any potential threat

Monitor and track incremental improvements to overall supply chain cybersecurity health and report improvements

Participate in Nissan overall cybersecurity oversight to both protect the company and protect manufacturing resilience for the North America region

 

Who We’re Looking for: 

Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in cybersecurity or related field.

Minimum 3.0 GPA

Cybersecurity Understanding: Basic level of cybersecurity knowledge to understand basic cyber security hygiene principles of how a company should protect themselves from outside/inside intrusion

Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders including report creation and presentation

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to analyze security issues and understand solutions.

Risk Assessment and Management: Understanding how to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks associated with third party vendors.  This includes basic knowledge and understanding of Cybersecurity frameworks and governing bodies (NIST, ISO27001, TISAX, etc)

Working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Visio, and PowerPoint

Possess advanced level Excel skills including complex formulas and simple macros

Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
