Duties
- Engages with DLA employees throughout the agency to coordinate participation in ServiceNow citizen development activities.
- Facilitates the participation of non-IT DLA employees in citizen development low-code, no-code ServiceNow projects; assists participants with training registration, advancement through workshop activities, and value tracking of citizen development projects.
- Serves as subject matter expert to non-IT DLA employees navigating the ServiceNow App Engine Studio.
- Monitors and tracks customer development projects with DLA organizations to ensure platform governance and quality control.
- Supports citizen developers through agile development methodology activities, user story definition, and prioritization.
- Facilitates engagement between customers and technical subject matter experts to identify and document opportunities, assess impacts, and mitigate risks to development plans.
