As a Site Director, You Will:
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to create unique and engaging classroom experiences, empowering dedicated professionals.
- Ensure your site operates at peak performance, maintaining licensing, safety, and educational standards.
- Collaborate with parents who share the commitment to providing exceptional care and education for their children.
- Cultivate strong relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, licensing authorities, community partners, and corporate affiliates.
- Drive recruitment and enrollment efforts to welcome new families to our programs.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A genuine passion for children and a desire to make a positive impact every day.
- Ability to foster relationships and create a vibrant environment where play and learning thrive.
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain—costs covered!).
- 1+ year of classroom experience required
- 1+ year of management or leadership experience preferred
- Meet state-specific guidelines for the role (we’re here to assist!).
