Responsibilities
As an Intern at Blain's Farm and Fleet are part of a comprehensive 12-week program where you will be able to gain firsthand experience. On average we hire 16 interns a year across different functions of our business. You will gain valuable skills to build a strong foundation for your professional career.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to key projects: Work on real-world projects, making impactful contributions to the business
- Assist in Strategic Initiatives: Learn, develop, and implement ideas based off Blain's Pillars
- Engage in cross-functional teams: Collaborate with different functions to understand how cross functional support contributes to the overall success of the business
- Support Daily Operations: Assist the team with day-to-day task to gain insight on the departments process
- Present Your Findings: Deliver a presentation of your project and research to key stakeholders
- Receive mentor and coaching: Work closely with your mentor receiving feedback and guidance to help you navigate your career path
- Participate in hands-on workshops: Led by industry experts, gain valuable insights and skills to equip you for success in the professional world
Qualifications
- Be 12-18 months from Graduation from an accredited University or College
- Have a 2.5 GPA or higher
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication, writing and time management skills
- Be detail orientated and highly organized
