The Position: We’re looking for a Buyer Intern 

 

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of supply chain process and flows (Required)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint required, MS-Access desired), Google Suite
  • Understanding of SAP/ERP or MRP systems (desired)
  • Understanding of International Commerce/Trade (desired)
  • Languages (Italian, Spanish, Mandarin) (Bonus)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Supplier onboarding
  • PO confirmation
  • Document retention folders
  • Contract updates
  • Basic audits
  • Documentation follow up
  • Invoice resolution
  • Data extraction for KPI generation
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist buyers in RFQ creation and follow up
  • Assist buyers in Auction scheduling and setup
  • Other duties as assigned

 

The Location: This position will be hybrid.
