Media Manager / Case Manager / Healthcare Advocate

Work with Metrowest Worker Center as a QVS Fellow!

About the Position(s):

Should have experience with social media management and/or community organizing with institutions or individuals. 2) A case manager helping to support the immigration cases and workplace abuse (e.g. theft of wages), accompanying workers through the process of seeking legal action, and building worker power. Working with
legal partners to ensure progress on workers’ cases. Prior experience working as a paralegal, legal assistant/paralegal or considerable experience in the immigrant-rights field a plus. 3) Healthcare Advocate for Workers Injured on the Job - helping to intake new cases of worker injury for comp attorneys, supporting the worker leadership on the injured worker
committee and helping with worker education. Also legislative organizing around injured worker justice. Potential to assist with increasing access to local doctors and health insurance at local events or in the office with our community healthcare worker who works with workers and families to secure healthcare.
