Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney position requires a candidate that is a quick learn.  The ideal candidate will be drafting complaints, answers, discovery (Requests to Produce, Interrogatories, Requests to Admit, etc.), along with briefs and memoranda, assist in trial preparation and motion hearings and other tasks associated with civil litigation matters.  Associate will also draft deeds, easements, notes, mortgages and other transactional real estate documents along with residential and commercial closings.  Associate will interact with clients in the performance of the tasks and manage engagements from start to finish.  It is expected that the Associate will require training.
