ARS FMAD Grants and Financial Management Intern (Virtual - Beltsville, MD) Spring 2025

USDA Agricultural Research Service is currently recruiting for a Grants and Financial Management Intern at Financial Management and Agreements Division: USDA ARS in Beltsville, MD for Spring 2025. Responsibilities include:

(1) Performing closeout activities for interagency agreements to include reconciliation of CATS data and FMMI reports.
(2) Performing closeout activities for outgoing agreements to include reconciliation of CATS data and FMMI reports.
(3) Updating agreement data, forms and information on the internal and external sites.
(4) Entering agreement records in the ARIS.
(5) Drafting SOP based on information provided by a senior specialists.
(6) As needed, assist with Payment Management System (PMS) data entry and closeout reports.
(7) As needed, data entry and management of the AIMS reference tables.


(1) Closing out Interagency Agreements.
(2) Closing out Grants and Cooperative Agreements.
(3) Updating Websites and Axon pages.
(4) Agricultural Research Information System (ARIS) data entry for incoming/outgoing agreements.
(5) Assisting with SOP updates.
(6) Assisting with Payment Management System (PMS) data entry.
(7) Assisting with management of the AIMS reference tables.
