AI Intern, Summer 2025

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist in designing, developing, and testing generative AI models for various applications.
  • Collaborate with the AI engineering team to deploy and fine-tune machine learning models.
  • Conduct research and experiment with new AI techniques and algorithms.
  • Support in data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation tasks.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Create prototypes to demonstrate generative AI capabilities and gather feedback.
  • Present project findings, insights, and prototypes to a broad audience, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to documentation and presentation of project findings and results.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of generative AI concepts and experience with Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
