Business Analyst Intern, Summer 2025

Summary

The Business Analyst Intern will support our Shipping team as a liaison between Shipping and Information Technology by defining application problems and testing solutions. This role will create documentation of business requirements to drive development new and updated code to support our business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Work with team to define application problems and evaluating procedures and processes
  • Assist with developing solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions and documenting business requirements
  • Coordinate production with programmers to ensure new and updated system functionality follows documented requirements
  • Assist with validation of new and updated code through Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing protocols
  • Support the Shipping IT team with projects to ensure the team is working on prioritized efforts to move the business forward and support customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college of business or computer science undergraduate program
  • Must be able to work full-time in Neenah, WI during the summer

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls; and talk or hear.
