Compliance and Quality - Work Study

The job duties include the following:

 

  1. Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Gather and compile data for compliance and CQI initiatives.
    • Prepare regular reports summarizing compliance and quality metrics.
    • Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Document Management:
    • Organize and maintain digital and physical files related to compliance policies, procedures, and CQI projects.
    • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of compliance documents and training materials.
  3. Monitoring and Auditing:
    • Conduct routine audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards and regulations.
    • Monitor and report on compliance status and identify areas needing improvement.
  4. Communication and Collaboration:
    • Communicate findings and recommendations to Education Compliance and Quality team.
    • Collaborate with students and various units in Medical Education to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
