Agency Owner Mentorship Program

Are you a driven individual with a passion for sales and entrepreneurship? Join our exclusive Agency Owner Mentorship Program designed to cultivate the next generation of insurance agency leaders. Over the next 12 months, you will receive hands-on mentorship, training, and the tools necessary to succeed in the insurance industry. Achieve specific sales metrics to unlock the opportunity to open your own agency, with financial requirements waived!

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in sales and entrepreneurship.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Sales Performance: Meet or exceed defined sales metrics within the 12-month mentorship period.

Training & Development: Engage in comprehensive training programs to master sales techniques, customer relationship management, and agency operations.

Mentorship: Collaborate with experienced agency leaders for guidance, support, and strategic advice.

Networking: Build relationships with clients, industry professionals, and community members to enhance your sales pipeline.

Agency Operations: Gain insights into agency management, marketing strategies, and compliance requirements.

Progress Tracking: Regularly assess and report your sales performance and progress towards goals.
