Position Type: Federal Work Study or Non-Work Study 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

  • Job opening for a Teaching Assistant for ENGR1023 Engineering Computing and Problem Solving. 
  • The requirement for the position is in depth knowledge of programing micro controllers for accessing digital I/O and analog by use of programming through the Arduino IDE, MATLAB programming for data manipulation and visualization, electrical circuit wiring and debugging, and development of a robot platform. 
  • The Teaching Assistant will assist the professor in the activities and learning in the required knowledge. 
  • The TA will answer questions from the students about the activities and help debug what is going on with the activity or project.

 

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Programming micro controller with Arduino IDE
  • MATLAB programming
  • Electrical circuit wiring/debugging
  • Robotics.

 

Anticipated Schedule:

  • TR 3:30 - 5:15.
