Public Relations Internship- Summer 2025

With the Public Relations internship, you will work with a mentor to learn what Public Relations Specialists are and how they play a vital role in the company’s success. You will also get opportunities to network by attending diverse social events and meeting leadership in multiple areas.
What You’ll Do
Our Public Relations internship offers opportunities to:
- Assist in drafting press releases, media advisories, and other PR-related materials.
- Support the team in managing media relationships and outreach.
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports on brand visibility.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams on key campaigns.
- Research media outlets and journalists to develop media lists.
- Assist with social media content creation related to PR initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the PR team as needed.
What it Takes
To be considered for this position, the following criteria is necessary:
- Pursuing an undergraduate or associate degree in Media relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field
- Obtain a minimum in-major GPA of 3.00
- Expected graduation of December 2026 through May 2027
- Sentry does not offer employment in this position to holders of F-1, J-1, and H-1 Visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience
