Become part of the National Park Service at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and help visitors enjoy this stunning location! As a Recreation Fee Technician, you'll support park operations by collecting fees, assisting visitors, and troubleshooting fee-related technologies.

Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Collect fees and operate a busy visitor center, providing information and orientation to park visitors.
🔹 Conduct compliance checks to ensure proper fee payments and prepare remittance reports and deposits.
🔹 Manage duties associated with Recreation.gov, the national campground reservation system.
🔹 Troubleshoot fee program-related technologies such as point-of-sale (POS) systems, handheld devices, automated fee machines, and reservation systems.
🔹 Research and resolve fee collection problems and ensure accurate deposit and tracking of revenue.
🔹 Occasionally perform on-site roving interpretation, enhancing visitor experiences.
