Junior Office Administrator

Aream & Co. is a London-based boutique corporate advisory specializing in financing and M&A for late-stage gaming companies.

Aream currently has a vacancy in their San Francisco office for a Junior Office Administrator.  This excellent opportunity offers hands-on office experience in a fast-paced business environment.  

This is an entry-level, temp-perm position perfect for a business graduate, with the opportunity to progress to Team Assistant / Office Manager within 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities management
  • Client liaison
  • Organizing meetings, managing office supplies and post
  • Managing multiple inboxes
  • Working across multiple timezones
  • Processing expenses
  • Ad hoc admin tasks
  • Working remotely with the London team and Global Office Manager

 The successful candidate should have the following attributes:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Admin experience in a business environment is preferred but not essential
