Aream currently has a vacancy in their San Francisco office for a Junior Office Administrator. This excellent opportunity offers hands-on office experience in a fast-paced business environment.
This is an entry-level, temp-perm position perfect for a business graduate, with the opportunity to progress to Team Assistant / Office Manager within 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities management
- Client liaison
- Organizing meetings, managing office supplies and post
- Managing multiple inboxes
- Working across multiple timezones
- Processing expenses
- Ad hoc admin tasks
- Working remotely with the London team and Global Office Manager

Desired Skills and Experience:
