Valencia College is now hiring a Full-Time Manager, Laboratories National Science Foundation (NSF) Engines to join the Advancing Emerging Industries Team at the Osceola Campus.
The Manager, Laboratories for the NSF Engines Semiconductor grant will oversee the laboratory environments in two buildings on Valencia’s Osceola Campus. The individual in this role will oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of a variety of industrial equipment including a simulated clean room.
Please Note: This position will operate in a primarily on-site environment.
This is a grant-funded position that has an anticipated end date of February 26, 2026.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Supervisory experience
- Experience with industrial automation equipment and optical/laser equipment
- Experience working and managing laboratories
- Experience developing relationships with business & industry partnerships for workforce training

Additional Information:
- This position will operate in a primarily on-site environment.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM with occasional weeknights and weekend hours to support program activities
- Campus Location: Orlando, FL 32811 - West Campus
- This position is not eligible for Veteran’s Preference under Florida Statute 295.07(5)(a), F.S.
