Our Aquatics Specialist/Lead Lifeguard is a critical role dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of all patrons at the Champions Club aquatic facility. This position involves taking charge as the lead guard and rotating duties on and off the lifeguard stand.
This position will also assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of part-time and seasonal employees; monitoring the aquatics facility; enforcing all rules and regulations; acting immediately and appropriately in the event of an emergency; providing emergency care and treatment as necessary until the arrival of emergency medical services; interacting with citizens, volunteers, city officials, employees, and the general public; and supervising part-time and seasonal employees in the absence of the Aquatics Supervisor or Aquatics Coordinator.
This is a full-time 40-hour per week position, requiring work Sunday - Thursday. Please ensure your availability aligns with these days before applying.
Sunday - 9:30 AM - 6: 15PM
Monday - Thursday -1:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
