Customer Service Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Customer Service Associate that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records
  • Utilize multilingual skills to assist non-English speaking customers
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Collaborate with accounting team
  • Fluency in English and at least one other language (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs
  • Experience with outbound calling campaigns is a plus
  •  Excellent phone etiquette and ability to communicate clearly

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable and punctual. Strong work ethic
  • Must be able to speak, read and type in English
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Work in fast paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills
