Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Sales and/or Marketing Coordinator:  This position reports to the General Sales Manager of a Commercial Truck Dealership representing Freightliner, Western Star & Isuzu Truck Brands in Lansing, Michigan.  

Key Skills:  

• Strong Communication, Organization Interpersonal Skills are critical
• Mechanical aptitude would be very beneficial
• Digital Marketing skills/experience would also be very beneficial

Job Responsibilities:

• Check-in new trucks, coordinate vehicle prep with the service department, keep track of vehicle inventory and coordinate vehicle deliveries
• Take photos of vehicles, create sales fliers, help set-up dealership and trade show events
• Work on continuous improvement projects to improve internal processes and customer support
• Complete assigned product/sales training certifications
• Special projects assigned by the General Sales Manager

Career Path:

• This position is intended to provide critical support to the organization while the candidate completes sales certifications, gains product knowledge & industry experience.  Past Sales & Marketing Coordinators have been promoted to Sales and Management positions.
