K-12 Mathematics Intern

Major Responsibilities & Duties:
Under direction of the Associate Administrator, in the Office of Academic Success:
- Research evidence-based practices on high-quality instruction specific to all academic content areas with a priority on K12 mathematics
- Research and summarize state and national initiatives and policies on K12 mathematics
- Analyze data and summarize findings
- Present research results in written and graphical formats
- Prepare presentations for stakeholder engagement
- Communicate relevant and accurate information, clearly and concisely during formal or informal meetings
- Collaborate with others to accomplish goals
- Use various tools and technologies to prepare and share documents and reports
- Provide essential support such as arranging meetings, taking notes, and responding to routine inquiries
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
$20.00 per hour for undergraduate students
$24.00 per hour for graduate students
