Internships will run from mid-May to early August 

These are in-office internships at our West Des Moines located at 7700 Mills Civic Parkway. 

Interviews and hiring decisions expect to be completed prior to mid-November, with some being completed as early as late September.

Job Description:

· Promote and build efficiencies and process improvements for application related activities

· Assist in reviewing and revising current processes to gain efficiencies and improve quality

· Provide strong documentation over processes and data analysis performed

· Provide internal and external product support by performing complex product calculations and manual calculations of non-system supported projections.

· Interns are expected to work independently and will be responsible for ownership of their portion of a project once they have been properly trained

· Interns are encouraged to add value and provide recommendations for improvements to processes and systems by applying their experience and knowledge

· Interns must maintain a log evaluating each project assigned and prepare an evaluation of the experience in order to improve the quality of future projects
