Summer 2025 STEM Lab & Project Management Intern

The STEM Lab & Project Management Intern for Cytiva is part of the PMO in the Process Development & Validation Services organization, and could be on-site or remote-based for a summer internship depending on the successful individual. There will be some expectation to spend time on-site, particularly in the beginning, to understand how our teams work and to collaborate together. This role will be an hourly rate of $27 per hour.

You will also have the opportunity to network with other Danaher interns and participate in group intern events aligned with Danaher's summer internship program.

What you will do:

  • Research products that are coming off patent and identify potential customers where our services can be promoted.
  • Review of old validation studies (> 5 years) developing a targeted list of customers for potential revalidation.
  • Learn the basics of project management – understanding the concepts of the testing and what is needed for the delivery of the final reports.
  • Some travel will be required - covered cost by Cytiva
  • This role is a non-lab facing role.

 

Who you are:

  • Undergraduate studying a biochemical-related or similar degree
  • Self-driven, with ability to work autonomously
  • Analytical mindset, ability to review multiple documents / data-sets and provide proposals
  • Basic understanding of project management principles would be desirable
  • must be able to have transportation to and from home base site location (Marlborough, MA or another Cytiva Location)
  • Relocation will be granted
