Workforce Management Intern

Internships will run from mid-May to early August 

These are in-office internships at our West Des Moines located at 7700 Mills Civic Parkway. 

Interviews and hiring decisions expect to be completed prior to mid-November, with some being completed as early as late September. 


The WFM team supports a variety of different teams in operations and work closely with leadership on staffing models, forecasting volumes, providing detailed analysis and so much more! The team ensures that we have the right number of frontline reps scheduled to work with the volumes that we forecast. Currently, we have 2 team members that were previous WFM interns that we have hired full time.

  • Assist the WFM Team with daily workload such as reporting and managing frontline schedules
  • Managing shared inbox
  • Provide strong documentation over processes and data analysis performed
  • Interns are expected to work independently and will be responsible for ownership of their portion of a project once they have been properly trained
  • Interns are encouraged to add value and provide recommendations to improvements or processes and systems by applying their experience and knowledge
  • Interns must maintain a log evaluating each project assigned and prepare an evaluation of the experience in order to improve the quality of future projects
