Role Description
RF Safety Laboratory, LLC is seeking a Business/Marketing Intern to help support our business. Exploration of business opportunities in the pharma/medical industry, as well as financial viability and analysis will be involved as well as creating a virtual Amazon store front. This is an on-site internship role located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area right by the UMBC campus by BWI.
The person will have an independent business project in addition will be asked to support our engineering team in daily tasks, and completing assigned projects in a timely manner. The person will also have opportunities to learn about the RF safety industry and gain hands-on experience working with equipment and conducting tests.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or near obtaining a degree in Business or related field
- Additional technical / science minor is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
- Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions exactly, and ability to maintain careful records
- Have own transportation to the laboratory located at the “Subway” building near Hilltop circle.
