RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Consult with employer to identify preferred Job qualifications
  • Recruit new hires
  • Interview applicants about their experiences, education, and skills
  • Contact references and perform background checks
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Conduct research related to HR, biotechnology, and other fields as needed

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

  • High school diploma
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a BS/BA in business administration or a relevant field
  • No prior experience in HR is OK as long as candidate is willing to learn
  • Comfortable working with a multi-disciplinary team
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Type 40+ words per minute
