RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult with employer to identify preferred Job qualifications
- Recruit new hires
- Interview applicants about their experiences, education, and skills
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Conduct research related to HR, biotechnology, and other fields as needed
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- High school diploma
- Currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a BS/BA in business administration or a relevant field
- No prior experience in HR is OK as long as candidate is willing to learn
- Comfortable working with a multi-disciplinary team
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- Type 40+ words per minute
