Responsibilities:

Academic Coaching and Mentorship

Provide one-on-one academic mentorship in various academic subjects and/or standardized exams, guiding students to discover their strengths, reduce stress, and overcome academic challenges. Complete comprehensive training programs to effectively identify and address students' individual strengths and weaknesses.

Business Development

Engage in core business functions, including but not limited to curriculum development, establishing partnerships with educational professionals and local organizations, managing client relationships, driving recruitment initiatives and contributing to the implementation and development of company policies.

Requirements:

Eligibility

  • Proficiency in multiple high school core subjects, with an emphasis on AP level sciences as a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and commit to the role for a minimum of one full school year.
  • Experience in successful group work and completing complex projects.

Experience

  • Prior tutoring or test prep experience is advantageous.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree from a nationally accredited university.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • High energy, exceptional writing ability, and effective communication skills across diverse groups including executives, students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented approach to work, adept at working independently across various disciplines and functions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and G Suite, and familiarity with social networking platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, and marketing materials is a plus.
