What you can expect as an Occupational Therapist - Home Health at St. Luke’s:
- Primarily work with adult patients
- Travel to Wood River as needed
- Collaborates with multi-disciplinary teams
- Working with a diverse caseload of patients with various levels of acuity daily
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree from an accredited program.
- Experience: 2 years relevant experience
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid license to practice occupational therapy in state of practice.
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
