Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

We at Yale New Haven Health are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Medical Sonographers, Adult Echo Sonographers, HVC Echo Sonographers, and Heart & Vascular Sonographers, to join our team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting ultrasound scans on patients to produce high-quality images for interpretation by physicians
- Operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely diagnostic information
- Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
- Keeping accurate records of procedures and patient information

Qualifications:

- Certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or relevant field
- Experience in performing adult echo and/or HVC echo sonography preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
