Human Resources Internship

Human Resources Intern

Opportunity to learn while providing HR administrative services and support to Givaudan’s North America Fragrance and Beauty Human Resource department. Looking for a team player, who utilizes good judgement and can communicate effectively. This role will support HR managers with employee onboarding, internship program, Communication programs and internal web page setup.  Responsible for filing and general HR data/report processing and analysis, as well as other general HR activities and projects that may be assigned. 

Be an active member of the Human Resources team, providing timely and efficient HR support to the HR function and the business in terms of execution and administration of key HR policies and processes.

 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide support to the HR function, management and employees, supporting day to day HR admin activities and support on ad hoc projects.
  • With guidance, provide advice based on sound understanding of organization’s policies, processes and practices.
  • Serve as a first contact point for employees, managers and external contacts to provide information, follow-up and/or proactively refer people to appropriate resource.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Proficient in using Google platform, knowledge Microsoft Office Suite helpful
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and with confidential information 
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
