2025 Guardian Summer Intern, Network Support Specialist
Our 2025 Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving global financial services company. You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our offices. This 10-week internship provides you with realistic experiences and information of what it is like to work at Guardian.
Internship Dates:
The internship program will run from Monday, June 2, 2025- Friday, August 8, 2025.

You are:
A rising senior (graduation date of December 2025- June 2026) who is fueled by collaboration, able to listen and make quick decisions and thrive in a goal-oriented environment.

You will:
- Be a part of Guardian’s strong network growth story contributing to the success of overall network growth
- Work in multiple systems to scrub leads to ensure accuracy and network status before loading in system of record for recruitment team to work
- Assist recruitment team in preparing contracts, mailings, and other items for shipping to priority market trips including but not limited to conferences and recruitment
- Connect with providers on any missing documentation to complete contracting process
- Log activities in Salesforce and use Microsoft Office products and other internal systems.
- Interact effectively with other recruiters, provider relations representatives, the DSO support team, network business analysts, and other internal partners to achieve objectives.
- Have the opportunity to work and learn from supportive leaders, mentors and team members across the organization who will help coach you as you develop your professional career

Eligibility:
Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs, or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship are not available for this position.
You must be available for the full 10 weeks of the internship program.

Salary Range:
$20-$40 per hour
