Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will leverage your expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning to design and deliver cutting-edge technical solutions tailored to client needs. You will work with a wide range of Salesforce products to develop scalable, maintainable solutions in a fast-paced and creative environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Salesforce development, working from scratch on new projects and collaborating with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Apex Code, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce solutions from concept to completion, ensuring they meet client needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Create and maintain Salesforce workflows, validation rules, and automation using Salesforce best practices.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot Salesforce applications to ensure high performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce platform enhancements, features, and new releases to continually improve solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration with third-party platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures and security models.
  • Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Skill Sets:

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning development.
  • Experience with Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, etc.).
  • Salesforce API integration and web service development.
  • Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Salesforce platform best practices and security.
  • Version control (Git) and Agile methodologies are a plus.
